The product is the combination of 300 series Austenitic stainless steel and alloy steel, superior drilling tip and enhanced screw threads. This design achieves dual advantages of drilling through hard metal plates of up to 12mm, non-magnetic, has enhanced threading during install, and corrosion resistance. The application of this product will let you complete three operations (drilling, tapping and locking) at one go. The special heat treatment technology applied over the drilling tip stops the stainless steel from sensitizing and also prevent carbon elements leaking over to negatively affect the corrosion resistance performance. The heat treatment will also negate hydrogen embrittlement of the stainless steel. The use of this product will help tavoids high maintenance costs. And this product is pending for the European Technicial Assement.
